These terms apply when you buy a plan, a bundle or a one-off project from Wireframe Marketing LLC ("Wireframe Marketing", "we", "us"). By starting a plan or accepting a quote you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@wireframe-marketing.com before you sign up.

What we provide

We provide the marketing services described in the plan, bundle or written quote you choose: for example search and Google Business Profile work, content, social media, paid advertising management, website design and hosting, and tracking and reporting. What is included in each plan is set out on our pricing and service pages at the time you sign up. Anything not listed there is outside the plan, and we will quote for it before doing it.

Plan length and cancelling

Monthly plans run for a minimum of three months, then continue month to month. After the first three months you can cancel by telling us in writing before the end of a monthly billing period; the plan then ends at the end of that period. You can move to a different plan at any renewal.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed when you sign up or in your quote. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. One-off projects, such as website builds, are billed as set out in the quote. Monthly fees are not refunded once a billing period has started. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Advertising spend and third-party costs

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform, such as Google or Meta, and is never included in our fees or marked up by us. Third-party costs such as themes, plugins, stock images and paid tools are also not included unless your quote says so.

Your accounts and your content

Your ad, analytics, social media, listing and website accounts are registered in your name. We work through access you grant us, and you can review or remove that access at any time. We never ask for your passwords. When you stop working with us, you keep every account and the content we have produced and delivered to you under a paid plan.

What we need from you

Some work depends on you: access to accounts, approvals, information about your business, and photos or other materials. If something we need is delayed, the work that depends on it may be delayed too. We report these dependencies to you rather than treating them as delays of our own.

Results

We measure and report what our work produces, but no one can guarantee search rankings, followers, enquiries or sales. Platforms such as Google and Meta control their own systems and policies, and changes they make are outside our control.

Reporting

We send a written update each week and a full report each month for active plans. Work is only reported as complete when we can show evidence of it, such as a live link, a screenshot or an account ID.

Liability

We are responsible for carrying out the services with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you start or renew a plan is the one that applies to that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
